A note to future me — two small things that earned a permanent slot:

  1. A plain-text to-do file that lives in the repo. No app, no sync, just a file that travels with the project.
  2. A “start here” doc per project. Ten lines that tell a fresh session (human or agent) what this thing is and how to run it.

Small conventions outlive big tools.
